We were happy that we had Jacquelyn Connolly (Owner of Creative Mind Consulting) and Cecily Cullin (Creative Director and Curator at the Center for Visual Art, Metropolitan State College) as the jurors for this show.
This show is will be held in conjunction with the MOP (Month of Photography Denver) which was founded by Mark Sink a couple of years ago. MOP – Month of Photography Denver is a celebration of fine art photography through collaborative public events throughout Denver for the month of March and April 2013.
The exhibition will show images that uncover the unseen or picture something seen in an unusual way. We looked for the special view through the lens or the experimental expression in the delivery or the photography-based process.

Tuesday: Planning for two events to be held this Summer on North Larimer. 1) NoDoCO Farmers Market 2) Urban Bazaar.
1) NoDoCO Farmers Market. We waited until the fad phase of farmers markets peaked and dropped. Then, we noticed that people still shop at grocery stores. Clearly the message isn’t getting across. Grow local, buy/trade local. If you cut out the money supply the big companies stop being big and the people take back control of their health and wealth in one transaction. Personally I think it sounds like a good idea but people tell me that I’m crazy, unlikeable and full of big ideas that never work. So this would fall in line with all that, but what IF I’m right?
Details to follow, but we are close to announcing the urban bazaar title and sponsor list. It’s a big secret so be sure to tell everyone.
